A week into wearing it, the hard part from the back went through the fabric already, the stitching came off from the loop at the back. Strap is painful underarms. Disappointed paying this much expecting good quality.

This product causes skin issues when worn as instructed on the product packaging and video. It is also difficult to adjust when wearing it. You either need someone else to help, or have to keep taking it off to make adjustments. When I attempted to return the product as not fit for purpose, I had to argue my case with the staff. I was first told that I should have tried it on in-store before buying it. This is impossible for online orders. It is also ridiculous to suggest trying it on in-store when skin irritation issues typically occur after several hours of continuous usage. I was then told that I was wearing it wrong (that the people wearing it on the packaging photos and product video are just "models". The staff member even told me that she has had no issues with wearing hers. I did not expect this product to cause such issues, nor did I anticipate that Decathlon's staff would try and fob me off. Do not buy this product.
