To see whether a fabric is breathable, we test its evaporative resistance or RET (based on the ISO 11092 standard). The lower its resistance, the more it lets water vapour produced by the body escape, therefore the more breathable it is. •RET <6: extremely breathable, suitable for the most intense workouts• RET 6 to 12: very breathable, designed for moderate exercise• RET 12 to 20: average breathability, not comfortable for intense exercise• RET >20: little breathability, unsuitable for exercise
Care tips
Machine wash at 30°C. Synthetic programme. Turn the garment inside out. Do not add softener. Line dry in a warm, ventilated area. Do not tumble dry.Do not dry clean. Do not bleach. Do not place on a heater to dry.

Well made attractive and practical top
Usual decathlon quality. A very well thought out design with many more pockets than the traditional 3. Nice and warm but not sticky and sweaty.
Very pleased with this jersey. I bought medium. I'm 5'9 (178cm) and 70kg. The arms and body have plenty of length for me. It's a very snug fit as you would expect for road cycling but I can wear a base layer or vest underneath with no problems. Plenty of pockets including zip front pocket useful for credit card. Only niggle is the main zip is a bit fiddly especially with gloves.
