Description

If you’re into stand up paddleboarding, this pack is perfect for a group summer experience. Great for holidays and calm waters!

How can I repair my stand up paddleboard?

We have a stand up paddleboard repair kit under the reference 8512384 for repairing small, easily visible leaks. For all other repairs, we recommend that you contact the workshop of your local shore. We can repair bases of the fins, handles, valves and significant leaks

What kind of construction?

Single-layer dropstitch without stringer. Double-layer side strips with dual assembly technology: 1st strip welded, 2nd strip glued.

How do you inflate and deflate a SUP?

INFLATING: Check the valve’s orange button is up (closed), by pressing on it. Connect the pump. Inflate to 15 PSI. The more inflated the SUP, the more stable it is and the better its movement. Disconnect the pump and close the outer plug. DEFLATION: Firmly push the valve’s orange button to let the air out. Do not put your face near, and stay back. Roll, starting from the opposite side to the valve to remove all the air.

How should I store my board and where to leave it to dry?

Never leave your board out of the water in direct sunlight. If you have to leave your board in the sun, we recommend keeping it away from any sources of heat (walls, floors, car roofs, etc.) and reducing the pressure to 10 psi in order to prevent overpressure and irreversible damage (explosion, delamination, leaks, etc.).

Technical dimensions

Inflated board: Length: 9’6 (290 cm) Width: 33” (84 cm) Thickness: 4’75” (12 cm) Volume: 245 litres Weight board only: 6.7 kg (+/- 10%) Weight board, leash, fin & backpack: 8.9 kg (+/- 10%) Weight of the paddle included: 1100 g (+/- 10%) Pump weight included: 1200 g (+/- 10%) BAG CONTAINING FOLDED SUP: Height: 94 cm Width: 42 cm Thickness: 24 cm These dimensions leave space for the pump and paddle

Fin and fin base

Available through customer service and online in the event of breakage or loss. SUP fin reference: 8363793 Remember to remove the fin once you get off the water. If possible, rinse the fin base before and after use. Start folding up from the fin base, following the dotted lines to avoid damaging the base.

Recommendations for use

We recommend: Always wear a buoyancy aid or a PFD belt. Do not go beyond 300 metres from shelter. Do not use the leash on rivers. Notify someone of your trip and your whereabouts. Research to find out if there are any local navigation rules that apply to the location of your trip.

What is the recommended user weight and maximum load of the board?

Designed for riders up to 80 kg without compromising paddling quality. Recommended user weight: Under 60 kg: very stable board Under 80 kg: ideal board for an easy introduction to stand up paddleboarding Over 80 kg: relatively unstable board for beginners Maximum load for buoyancy: 245 kg

What’s in the pack?

9’6 SUP Adjustable split paddle High-pressure manual pump Standard fin Backpack Leash User guide Repair patch (glue not included) Valve tightening tool

What do I do with the tightening tool in the SUP bag?

NEVER UNSCREW THE VALVE WHEN THE SUP IS INFLATED! RISK OF INJURY. If the valve leaks, once the SUP is deflated, close it a quarter turn using the tool provided. If necessary, it is possible to change the valve, please consult the workshop of your Decathlon store.
