Adult Single-Material Boxing and Martial Arts Mouthguard

This mouthguard is designed to protect your teeth when doing low-intensity boxing and martial arts (boxing, Muay Thai, kickboxing, full-contact karate, karate, taekwondo). It reduces impacts, limits the vibrations caused by punches and stops the teeth knocking together. It complies with standard NF S72-427 for sports mouthguards.Comes with a sealed box, which must be cut with scissors.

To determine the right mouthguard size for you, you\'ll need a ruler or tape measure. If the distance between your upper canines is less than 37 mm, go for size M. If it\'s more than 37 mm, you\'ll need size L! Remember that it\'s essential to mould your mouthguard before you first use it.

This single-material mouthguard comes with a handle to make it easier to mould. Before you first use it, submerge the mouthguard in boiling water for seconds, then use the handle to pick it up and mould it to your mouth (immersion time indicated in the manual).
