Compact when not in use as it folds up and packs away into itself. When unfolded it has a large capacity & easily holds my; tins, gloves, hood, mask, het bag, lunch bag, water and other dive kit, although it would be batter if it had a pocket that was a bit more structured. The only critique I have is that it blends in with all other black dive bags so a more colourful option would be greet! This did not impact its use or functionality at all and is just a personal preference.
