What is acupressure?
In a nutshell, acupressure was inherited from Chinese medicine. The principle is simple: to stimulate the energy points on the entire body. There are multiple benefits.
How can i relax on an acupressure mat?
The acupressure mat is extremely easy to use - on the floor, on a sofa or on a bed. Once installed on your chosen surface, just lie down on the mat and begin your acupressure session. There\'s nothing else to do! The spikes will do it all! Do the spikes hurt? A short adaptation time is necessary, which is why we recommend starting with short sessions (5 to 10 minutes) and wearing clothes the first few times.
How do i use the acupressure cushion?
The acupressure cushion is placed under the neck. And is used just like the acupressure mat.
What are the contraindications?
The acupressure mat and cushion are reserved for adults. Consult a physician before using if pregnant or unwell. Using the mat may cause discomfort and leave marks on the skin. If you feel pain or major discomfort, contact your doctor. Do not exceed 45 minutes of use per session.

tried a few of these but this is the best one i’ve found
Ce tapis d'acupression présente une très bonne efficacité.
Très facile d'utilisation pour une séance totale sur le corps.
Rapport qualité prix très satisfaisant
Une kiné m'avait conseillé un tapis d'acupression. J'ai essayé et j'apprécie. J'ai une sensation d'un meilleur relachement des muscles. Je me détend très rapidement et même je m'endors. Chaque jour si je peux, je fais une petite sieste après le déjeuner ou le soir avant le coucher. Je ne sais pas si c'est bénéfique pour les douleurs dorsales mais peu importe, je pense que ça me fait du bien.
