Dlaczego osobno?

Kupiłem ramę full suspension ROCKRIDE 540 S I DAMPER. Okazało się, że ani przy ramie ani przy damperze nie było osi/śrub do mocowania dampera do ramy. nie było też informacji, że takie śruby trzeba zamówić osobno. W rezultacie po wydłużonym czasie dostawy ramy i dampera musiałem czekać jeszcze tydzień na osobno zamówione śruby. W rezultacie montaż roweru był wydłużony do trzech tygodni - dłgo jak na dzisiejsze czasy. Wystarczyłaby dobra informacja na stronie internetowej.
