My two daughters have regularly been jumping up and down on this trampoline for over a year and it looks as new today, as it was when it was first delivered. Well done Decathlon!
Looks like they increased the price of the trampoline by £50.00 in the last two days! In these unsettled financial times, thats a nice touch Decathlon!
Only received one box so half trampoline missing. Customer services eventually replied with lost in transit. Now I have a very unhappy birthday boy
Cannot review product as only half my trampoline arrived, what a delight to have 7 kids that have been waiting over a month in lockdown to find only half a trampoline, shame on decathlon you have upset 7 children, and the worst part is they diddnt complain because they knew it wasnt my fault, all of them went back in and just sat there gutted trying not to let it show, well done decathlon
The trampoline arrived -3 days late with only half the bits. Difficult times yes, but when customer services answer the message on social media, they do not even respond correctly.

booked the trampoline from local decathalon store. did not opt for setting up services as i am a keen DIY person. enjoyed the assembly process but needed quite a bit of work and time as it is a complex process and would recommend others to use the installation service provided by decathalon for a reasonable charge. my sons using the trampoline only for a week now but quite happy with product. the trampoline itself is quite sturdy and stable . the bounce is great and the protective netting gives quite a bit of safety without need for constant supervision. lot of physical activity and given the big space lot of room for various manoeures . highly recommend the product

Батутът е супер, на него могат да скачат и възрастни, а децата умират от кеф. Много добро попадение.
L'article en soi est très bon et simple à monter malgré la taille. C'est le deuxième que j'achète et la qualité est toujours au rendez-vous. Le seul défaut concerne l'emballage composé de deux grandes caisses très/trop lourdes : une de 45kg et une de 55kg ! Impossible de transporter ces 100kg seul jusqu'à la voiture, heureusement que le personnel est très gentil et m'a aidé à mettre les colis dans le coffre de l'auto. L'autre souci est que l'article a été malmené par le transporteur (commande livrée en magasin) et qu'il a été transporté verticalement au lieu d'horizontalement comme indiqué sur les caisses. Résultat : le contenu était mélangé (mais pas endommagé heureusement) et les cartons étaient déchirés... les ficelles pour accrocher le filet de sécurité ce sont échapées... Le SAV m'en a fourni d'autre endéans la semaine (merci à eux). Au final, excellent produit mais emballage à revoir, 4 cartons de 25kg seraient nettement plus ergonomiques.

Storage and maintenance advice
In the winter, use the cover (sold separately) to protect your trampoline from bad weather and ideally store it indoors.Use an anchoring kit or weight on the trampoline legs to prevent your trampoline from blowing away in the wind and keep it stable while in use.Protect your trampoline by lowering the posts and net at the first sign of strong wind or bad weather.

Cleaning instructions
