To remove your inner tube, the tools you\'ll need are:

Remove the old inner tube using a DECATHLON tyre lever.

Fitting a tyre:

Start fitting where the valve is and finish with your hands, on the opposite side, to avoid pinching.

Inflating a tyre:

Inflate slowly to the recommended pressure.Check that the tyre is centred on the rim.

How to change an inner tube:

Before you start, don\'t forget to watch our video.Inflate the chamber slightly, insert the valve into the appropriate opening, then fit the chamber neatly into the rim.

To prolong the life of your inner tube, systematically check the rim base and rim before fitting.
