Comfy, warm, well-fitting but the heels wore completely threadbare very quickly. Do not recommend.
Sadly 100% Merino means very little protection in hard-wearing areas such a hell and fingers. They lasted 1 week,

Used for walking & mountain biking. Seem warm, retain heat well when wet. Hopefully they'll be as robust as my decathlon running socks.
These socks are ultra warm and super comfy.
My feet get cold easily. These keep them warm. They kind of wear out after a year or so. But nothing lasts forever I suppose.
I'd already bought these socks a couple of years ago. I think they've been the best winter walking socks I've had. They are snuggly and cosy when out walking in the cold weather this winter. The socks keep your feet warm and didn't find they overheated my feet either.
Good quality impulse buy whilst picking up a click and collect. Nice sizing (39-42) I'm a 40, wash well. Not too thick either so still comfy with general footwear
I was hopeful of these socks but as soon as I put them on and walked in them, even I trainers, you could feel them walking off my feet. I expected much much better. Cheaper socks have more staying power than these. Plus they leave fluff everywhere!
Sorry, I would not recommend this socks for winter use. I am sorry to say, I am not happy with my purchase.
Wore this in winter, sorry, its not warm. I am disappointed with the purchase.
Use these mainly for road cycling and hiking. They're warm and comfortable and seem to keep the heat in well even when wet, stopping the dreaded numb feet on long, wet, wintry rides in the UK. Great for the price too.
I've had this design before and really happy with them so ordered these just a different colour. They keep riding down into my boots which is very frustrating. Cantc wear them for long walks as spend all time pulling them up.
Not worn them yet, but first Impression is good

To be well equipped in winter, we recommend that you follow these guidelines : Warmth: warmth provided by a warm pair of socks (ideally containing a suitable percentage of wool)Breathability: Choose the sock according to the intensity of the hike and make sure you wear a breathable model to minimise moisture.Boot height: adapt the height of the sock to the height of the upper and preferably choose high models if you want more protection.
