La sujeción es muy buena.
Souffrant de douleurs lombaires régulières, cette ceinture a changé mes entraînements, notamment sur des mouvements comme les squats ou les soulevés de terre. Le maintien est rigide et puissant, on se sent immédiatement plus stable et en sécurité. Elle est facile à mettre et à enlever entre les séries. Le design est sobre et la qualité des matériaux semble très bonne. Pour quiconque cherche à protéger son dos lors d'efforts intenses, c'est un investissement qui vaut vraiment le coup.
