These pedals come with a set of SHIMANO SPD SM SH-56 cleats, 1 mm spacers and screws.
Bike and shoe compatibility
These pedals have a 9/16" standard thread that is compatible with all adult mountain, hybrid, road and indoor bikes on the market.The SHIMANO SPD M324 pedals are compatible with all shoes that can take SHIMANO SPD SM SH-56 cleats.We recommend the ST 100 (ref. 8512376) ST 500 (ref. 8500914).
Mounting
To mount the pedals, you'll need a 15 mm spanner or a 6 mm Allen key.Make sure you screw each pedal on the right way: clockwise for the right, and anticlockwise for the left.
Adjustment
The holding and release tension of the SPD cleat can be adjusted to suit your preferences.
Security
When learning to use clipless pedals, make sure you plan ahead each time you want to unclip and put your foot down (at traffic lights, when stopping, or when there's an obstacle in the way).If you aren't yet completely at ease with cleats, you might want to use the flat side of your pedals on the more technical sections of your ride.

They worked well but day by day I start feeling the left pedal getting loose and loose at a point that I cannot clip in at all so the pedal is useless. I mention that I try to adjust it to make it tighter but it doesn't work at all. I paid almost 50 GBP for a good quality but now I regret that I did it, maybe I should've gone for the cheap ones. They have 2 year warranty but I lost the receipt in the meantime, maybe this is my fault. But I expect some quality after I paid so much money just for a pair of pedals.
Great peddles, fitted these to my wife's road bike so she has both options to be clipped in or out.
New to using cycle shoes so chose these combo pedals. Ideal for the quick run to the shops in trainers or a more serious cycle. Highly recommended
