These adapters allow me to use my CX bike for commuting to work (about two miles) without having to wear my SPD shoes and carry my work shoes. They tend to hang underneath the pedal so clipping in normally is not a problem wearing SPD shoes but you need to flip them over with your toe when wearing normal shoes. They effectively lower the saddle height so wouldn't like to go too far using them but they do the job.

Sehr gute Möglichkeit zur Nutzung eines doppelseitigen Clickpedals als Kombipedal. Mit ein wenig Affinität zum Fahrradschrauben ist das Anbringen überhaupt kein Problem. Die Vorspannung komplett zurück drehen und die Platten beim Einrasten etwas dabei biegen. Ich benutze sie mit einem PD-M520 und habe dadurch eine Seite mit einer größeren Aufstandsfläche zur Verfügung. Der überwiegende Vorteil sind allerdings die Reflektoren bei Fahrten in der Dunkelheit, gerade für All-Day-Pendler zu empfehlen.
Einfach vor der Montage die Spannung reduzieren und schon geht's leichter. Wie man die Einsätze bei der Montage ruinieren kann? Keine Ahnung, ich verwende sie seit Jahren uns bin zufrieden damit.
Ich habe sogar eins von den Dingern bim Montageversuch zerstört. Keine Kaufempfehlung. Ich würde den Artikel auch nicht nochmal kaufen.

Ich habe mir die Aufsätze gekauft, um wenn ich z.B. zu einem Kollegen fahre, nicht meine "Klick"-Schuhe tragen zu müssen. Die Montage der Pedale ist jedoch so schwer!!!, dass ich zu nächst gedacht hatte sie würden nicht passen. Unter extremer Gewaltanwendung und gegenüber der Anleitung umgekehrter Einbaurichtung, ließen sie sich doch montieren - blaue Flecken inklusive! Bin mal auf die Demontage gespannt! Aus meiner Sicht nicht zu empfehlen!
buena opción para no tener que estar cambiando los pedales yo las utilizo cuando llevo al niño, agarran bien, incluso por caminos no muy bacheados fácil de poner y quitar, siempre que tengas alguna llave allen cercar (seguro que llevas alguna)

Cumplen con creces su funcion, los utilizo cuando voy hacer algun recado y no quiero ir con las bambas con calas.
Me ha solucionado el problema de no tener conmigo las zapatillas con calas.
