The pegs are not detachable, so this bench is not made for squats or abs.

The built-in pegs allow you to work safely with a barbell: they are very close so they\'re always in your field of vision. - It has adjustable pads on the feet to adapt to your floor surface. - There is a bar hook for storing your equipment. - Safety hooks prevent the bar from tipping while removing weights. - At the end of your workout, just fold it up and store it against a wall or in a closet.
