Saw a physio for some shoulder problems and this is ideal for doing the isometric rotator cuff exercise she gave me.

Fantastic full muscle gain with the right diet
I used this once a week for about 5 months and not for very short periods to help with warm up. It has quickly deteriorated and has now snapped.
My go to everyday stretch assistant. It's great for a pre workout warm up.
Great for my incremental shoulder rehab exercises

Perfect rehab and small muscle group tool
After being used for a year, it broke in one spot but I could keep using the single piece. Now it's breaking more and more into smaller pieces and hitting me unexpectedly. If you looking for short term usage, it's the band for you. If you're looking to keep it longer term, I don't recommend.

On shoulder day you need a finisher, and this is perfect for that reps to failure!!
It very good to start with resistance and flexibility exercises. Maybe later, when I get more advanced, I will get a broader and shorter one, but for now it's been perfect
