I was recovering from a bad back and this helped me increase my movement like any ball of its type would. It was also easy to get comfortable on when other sitting and standing was painful again I guess this would be just like any other ball of it's type. It took while to inflate but the only negative I have was the smell. I think that has slowly disappeared though. Hard to go wrong with it really.

Which size swiss ball do you need?
Picking the right size is easy: if you're less than 1.60 m tall and weigh less than 85 kg, choose size 1 (diameter: 55 cm); if you're between 1.60 and 1.80 m tall and weigh less than 85 kg, choose size 2 (diameter: 65 cm); if you're more than 1.70 m tall and weigh more than 85 kg, then size 3 (diameter:75 cm) is the one you need.
How to inflate your gym ball to a safe size
First thing's first: we recommend using a pump, which is sold separately (product ref 8214626 or 8490986). Inflate your Swiss ball to its maximum size, using a tape measure to check its diameter. The maximum diameters for the different sizes are: size 1 = 55 cm, size 2 = 65 cm, and size 3 = 75 cm. Lastly, sit on the ball and check that your knees are at hip height. If they aren't, add or remove some of the air.
Which accessories does the swiss ball come with?

Why is the swiss ball not suitable for the office?
Our ball is designed for fitness activities. It's therefore not suitable for office use. The constraints of using a Swiss ball in the office mean that we can't recommend doing so with this ball.
What should you do if you lose both your gym ball plugs?
