The grips are far too soft so they rotate in the hands when doing arm work. Fortunately I kept my old one which had broken after many years of use so I was able to take the harder rubber grips from that and put them on the new one. Now it is perfect!
It only does one thing, what d’you mean?
This has to be the best thigh exerciser I've used in a long time. Very easy to use and very effective for muscle toning. Low impact and any age group can use it comfortably. Highly recommended.
