We now have two of these in the household. Great for exercising and stretching muscles without having to do weights. Can be used in a variety of ways.
Decent product strong doesn't come loose when pulling.
I bought this to push my basket over the free delivery amount (one of those things where the cost of this was less than the cost of delivery for the other things I bought). I guess its' ok but I wouldn't buy it again

I’m a bit scared when I use it It’s also a bit too small, I prefer using my classic resistance band
It really helps me to strength my back muscle
It's good for practicing your strength, but a lot of people said this action is not good for muscle building. You would not see it in the gym.

It is elastic but tough enough for home training. Hope it is durable also.

It literally lasted 5 mins before the rubber bands started breaking loose at the connection. Would have to return it, not recommended.
The product cannot bear the tension. Just several pulling exercise, the rubber bands will loose out. I used two rubber bands only at one time. All the five rubber bands were loosed from time to time after not more than 5 pulling exercises at each two rubber bands pulling exercise. The tension design was totally wrong. How can I use it !!!!
So far, working good. Will see the durability in due course of usage
Yesterday purchased this item. Get damaged within 10 mins. One rubber ball get out 2 times. Need to replace with new one.

The expander is adjustable as you progress: You can choose the resistance to suit your level or the exercise.If you are a beginner, the 5 elastics may be too difficult to pull to complete the movement perfectly.
