Really pleased with this mat, as doesn’t slip when I want to do lunges. Could do with being a section longer, but other than that, like the fact that it folds up, instead of rolling.
I use it for outdoor park workouts- folds neatly in the car - perfect for what i needed.

it is the right thickness for training as we move alot on the mat, it wont slip off, and it is thick enough to protect our knees yet not blocking our movement. foldable, save space for storage. just that it could be longer in length. but it's generally perfect!

The mat is not long enough, part of the body would be out of the mat while lying. It is highly recommended to add the length up to 180cm

I wanted a mat which is tough enough to do HIIT exercises and some abs workout. The other yoga mats are too soft and tend to wither away. This is perfect

Our benchmark was the freeletics mat which is 130cm long. Therefore we haven't considered any other full-length mats for HIIT workouts. The length was intentional.
Our target was to make a mat that has a good grip and therefore you don’t need to have both your hands and feet on the mat. This way the shoes are never on the mat while doing mountain-climbers or burpees etc and your hands are then never in contact with a part that was dirtied by the shoes.

Quality is superb. I ordered to practice yoga (considering regular yoga mat does not come with this thickness/foldable variety/ outdoor usage) but you cannot stretch fully on supine/prone or do suryanamaskara on the mat. Excellent cushion and grip. Not for adult size. Person with less than 5 feet height can use it. @Decathlon: Consider to improve size (length and width) variant so that it can be used by adults and for yoga or lying down stretches.
Please make a full length make of same quality. With this length size, it is of no use.

Its a bit short for even me and i'm just 5'2! Perfect for kids and adults to sit and do workouts which dont require full body on the mat.
