Bought treadmill early in lockdown to compensate for gym closures. Requires two people to assemble, was a bit miffed as it wasn’t delivered on the right date- when it did arrive it can with a European 2-pin plug so couldn’t use- gather this doesn’t conform with regs. Middle of pandemic had to buy an adaptor! Decathlon helpline closed but Facebook page was like banging head against wall- not happy. Treadmill when working was big & sturdy which is what I wanted. Soon developed intermittent fault, loss of functionality of control panel, increase speed and gradient without warning. Decathlon “helpline” Facebook again, very poor repeated emails eventually engineer called- water egress & replaced console. Engine suggested if I didn’t use the fan or speakers to cover console with cling film to prevent a repeat!!! I didn’t and a few uses later problem repeats. Do not use this treadmill if you plan on sweating. Helpline contacted again- suggested I return for a refund. Incredibly Disappointed- with the product and the customer support, poor show!

Excellent product, Value for money . Sturdy .

Very disappointed to learn that on ALL Domyos treadmill models, you can no longer adjust the time/duration when selecting one of the 40 programs. I recently sold me 10 year old Domyos TC790 model and decided to treat myself to a new model. But how disappointed and surprised to learn that Domyos have gone backwards in technology as it is no longer possible to adjust the time or duration of a run without doing a manual run. Incredible!

I was looking for a treadmill after my old treadmill which became obsolete started giving me problems and instead of repairing it, I wanted to give Decathalon Intense Run a try. It ticks all the boxes! Max speed of 22kmh, superb cushioning even at high speeds, pretty quiet and additional usb charging etc. I really stressed out this treadmill for the first week with runs as long as 2h30m in one go at 11.6KMH with 1 percent incline and also a 24KM run @ 12KPH 0% incline. Turns out great unlike my prior treadmill! No hiccups on the treadmill and it ran as smooth as butter! My only gripe with this is its longevity which I am a bit skeptical as this is a 2HP motor. I was told that intense runs or long distance runs like what I do require ta least a 3HP motor. Maybe there is something I don't know about the motor? Maybe its a premium motor that ramps up to a 3HP or 3.5HP output when it needs to. Whatever it is, I am counting on the warranty to cover me if it fails. If Decathlon can enlighten me on my question of how a 2HP motor can handle the stress of long distance running, that'd be great. As of now, I have been using it for about a week and I'd say this is one of the best and most affordable treadmill money can buy. I also made a review on Youtube because I couldn't get any video reviews on this treadmill prior to purchasing it and I hope this review will help someone out! The price with mechanical incline control is worth it. Fairly easy to assembly (yes, assembly is required). A bit heavy so you need help to carry it. Hearbeat monitor is a plus.

if only the price is not the much difference , i would like to buy it.

If ordering in Singapore, try and ensure that the delivery is performed by AIS Global Forwarders, the unit is heavy. AIS were very professional with regards unloading and assembling the unit. I did find contacting Decathlon team very frustrating, the messenger services was not very personable. When trying to rearrange a delivery date with Decathlon, it took messaging with 6 different decathlon reps to set a new date.

Machine was faulty and customer service was unable to help.
