My boy loved his bike, and has used it for 2 years, but now it is not possible to use it for another child, The brakes are all broken, the wires would need to be changed, the bell lasted for only a couple of weeks... So we are going to have to buy a new one because it is too expensive to repair for our next child. A bit disappointing and not environment friendly!
These bikes definitely look decent, but really are poor queen when you see them being used. First thing is the brakes, honestly the worst i have ever seen and a hazard for any kid, then the over all frame is so small, i had to end up putting on a new handle bar on just to get normal decent brakes to attach. Spend a bit more is what id do again!
Excellent bike lightweight, good value and brilliant for our 5yr old easy to attach and detach the compatible stabilisers..Fab!
Very comfortable bicycle. Nice and kid friendly. Good weight. My son loves it.
Excellent bike and much cheaper than the alternatives
Great value bike. We looked around a lot and most bikes were around £140 +. This one was under £80. I know you get what you pay for but this is a well made bike and given my little boy will only be riding it for a year or so before he outgrows it it’s the best option I could find. He loves it.
Our son LOVES his bike. He's had it for a year and it has held up really well. He's growing out of it, but has loved it. The brakes are worth a special mention as the levers are specifically designed for little hands and have been great for him. No negatives at all.
Not a very strong bike. Had issue on that just after 3 Weeks
Great little bike, seat is so comfy compared to others my child has had and the chain ratio is just right for him (i.e. his legs aren't just spinning). For the price it's great to put him on until his next size up
We were going to buy a bike without stabilisers. However this one is a little large, our son loves it with stabilisers, when he can comfortably touch the floor we will take them off. Service and advice in the shop was great.
When picking up the bike discovered it was without a box , we have to store it till November and this makes it difficult to keep safe and hidden . Can't recommend this product yet as not tried it out .
Great bicycle for kids who want to learn bicycle. Very light weight and sturdy product within reasonable budget.

Stop easy innovation: a patented braking system designed for children.
More accessible brakes and a more comfortable grip are the main benefits of our Stop Easy system. For more natural movement, the brake lever is pressed parallel to the handlebars. Whilst progressive, this innovative brake lever also provides 30% more braking power compared to a conventional brake lever. An innovation from our B'Twin team, loved by both parents and children.
What type of braking system is equipped?
Brake efficiently thanks to the two V-brake brake pads.These brakes are composed of callipers that exert more or less pressure on the rim to slow or stop the rotation of the wheels.
Wheels / tyres
These tyres are equipped with an inner tube (inflatable). Their shape gives them a good grip on everyday terrain (paths, grass, etc.).
Can stabilisers be added?
Yes, if your child needs them. Our 16" B'Twin stabilisers are compatible with all our bikes in this size. Practical, they can be mounted and removed from the bike without tools.
What about comfort?
We've carefully considered children's morphology: the width of the handlebars and the diameter of the grips are sized for their small hands. The foam saddle provides a comfortable seat.
The bike that grows with your child!
The saddle is height-adjustable (using a size 6 Allen key) so it can grow with your child.The saddle height can be adjusted from 48.5 and 60cm.Our bikes meet the Children's Bike standard (ISO 8098), which is why we cannot offer a tool-free (quick-release) saddle height adjustment system.
What is a guard for?
To prevent children from putting their fingers where they shouldn't, the mechanical elements of the drive train (crank, chain, freewheel, etc.) are surrounded by the guard. It also prevents the risk of laces getting caught and clothes being dirtied.The decorations are set into the plastic of the guard for greater durability.
What accessories are supplied with the bike?
A bell, front and rear light, wheel reflectors (reflective parts attached to the spokes).
