Ideal for keeping a little person warm overnight in UK temperatures. Useful to have zips down both sides for ease of access.
My 6 year old daughter used this on a recent camping trip. The nights were chilly but she slept well every night. I definitely recommend this product
This bag is super quality for such a cheap price! I travelled 2 hrs to collect this for my 4 yr old and I’m so happy I did. It’s a super toasty sleeping bag and what I love is that it sits almost like a canoe. So when he’s in it and I need to unzip him (because trust me this gets toasty even in wintry condition) the sides stay up like a canoe. Remember you can always unzip, delayer to cool down the child but you can never really do much to warm up a “season unsuitable” sleeping bag so always go for a colder rating than you expect the weather to be. This (in my opinion) is easy a 4 season sleeping bag! All the stitching and zips seems excellent quality. You can also unzip the bottom so they allow their feet out to sit up with it on :). I know you “buy cheap buy twice” and I was sceptical but it’s so hard to find sleeping bags for children aimed at more colder weather. There’s millions for the summer! So I took a chance and this bag has far exceeding my expectations. I’m going to buy another one as a back up Incase this one gets damaged. Highly highly recommend A+++ product !

Usage temperature:
We display the "comfort temperatures" on all our sleeping bags, tested by an independent laboratory (AITEX) in compliance with European standard EN 13537 of 11/04/2002. The "comfort temperature" is the lower comfort limit at which a user in relaxed position is in overall thermal balance and is neither hot nor cold (determined for an average woman in normal conditions of use). Choose your sleeping bag according to this measure.
What is the limit comfort temperature?
Comfort temperature limits: temperature limit at which the user of the sleeping bag in huddled-up position is generally in thermal equilibrium and is neither cold nor hot (determined for an average man under normal conditions of use).
However, this is what you need to know about temperatures:
A sleeping bag does not produce heat but retains the heat produced by the body. If you are exhausted and cold and you slip inside a cold, damp sleeping bag, it is likely that you will feel cold no matter how good your sleeping bag is! These temperatures therefore depend on the person's resistance to cold (bulk, fatigue, etc.), equipment (mattress with insulation, etc.), clothing (naked, underwear, etc.) and weather conditions (humidity, wind, etc.).
Specifics for kids:
The higher the volume of air to heat, the more energy the body will use to keep warm and the more risk there is of getting cold during the night. Choose a sleeping bag that’s ADAPTED TO YOUR CHILD'S SIZE.Similarly, your child will lose most heat through their head. In cold weather, you can put a hat on them.
