It looked nice and lovely colour, the only issue was with sizes, wanted to buy for 7 years old and size 8 and 9 was too small while size 10 was too big. I ended up returning and not buying this model
Very nice swimming costume but it comes in really small size. My daughter is 11, average high and I had to return the size 12 and 14 now. I'm giving up.
There is no way the sizes of the swimming costumes are correct. They are about a third of the size they should be!!!!! its like they are for 5 year olds with a 14yr old label on
The size of the swimsuit was too small.
I wish I'd read the reviews before buying this, I normally do. I bought an age 10 for my 7 year old as she's tall for her age. When I took it out the bag I couldn't believe how small it was. I actually thought I'd ordered a swimsuit for a 10 month old instead and checked my order, no joke! This is cheap for a reason! What a waste of money. I'll give it a one star for being a nice colour but there is no point even trying to get my child into this. What a disappointment.
So disappointed with this item. I know the clothes at Decathlon are known to be small but this is ridiculous. I bought the size 12 for my 7 year old daughter and it was way too small. The cost to send this back is almost as much as the item itself so there is no point sending it back either so complete waste of money.
As the title says, I bought this for my daughter and found it way too small. We ended up buying a suit 4 times bigger than her age (she is average height and weight for her age) and then it was still too tight and barely covered her chest.

Bought this in an age 10 for a very slim 8-year old. Sizes on label corresponded to her measurements but she can't get it over her shoulders. I previously bought an 8-year size when she was 6, but am surprised she will need a 12. I think the company needs to re-visit sizing procedures.
The swimming costume was no true to size. I ordered a size 8 years. My daughter is a fairly normal age 6 years and the costume was far too small. I thought I had made appropriate allowances for European sizes but obviously not enough! If it had fitted, it would have been an absolute bargain.

Supper happy with the perfect fit ! As some reviewers here scared me . I would advise to buy 4 sizes bigger if yr child is tall and little bit chubby especially with swimming costumes . At our swimming club even very skinny girls wear 2 sizes bigger costume and long trainings still makes bruises under arms and need Vaseline to use , so always buy 2/3 sizes bigger and for chubby ones 4 sizes bigger . Hope this helps . Am An swimming costume expert :D fanatic . Trust me

Material
Material: 80% polyamide / 20% elastane. Chlorinated water can be harmful to swimsuits which are used repeatedly in the swimming pool. The elastane fibre that gives the material its stretch property and therefore makes it comfortable, is also very fragile when in contact with chlorine. If you swim occasionally this material will be fine for you. If you swim regularly or intensively, opt for a 100% polyester material.
Use restriction
Not recommended for use on slides.
