The pull-up bar was delivered in very good time. It was easy to put up, screws were not needed, and has stayed put being used most days. Good value for money and easy to use.

Great product at reasonable price
I bought this to replace an expensive expanding chin up bar which needed replacing due to the expanded foam grip which had split and revealed the inner steel bar which was uncomfortable. I wish I'd seen and bought this chin up bar first. The covering is far more durable and with the supplied fixings it's also completely secure. I'm extremely happy with my purchase and it's used every day.
Quite solid. I weigh 71 kgs and this thing doesn't budge at all. Very portable and quite strong for it's size. Fits perfectly between my door frame.

No good. Can't even hold 61kg before it starts slipping and ultimately falling away (no screws).
at first glance looks like it will do fine but when secured as tight as possible it makes the door frame about to crack but also slips down and falls off anyway. i am 50 kg and it says it can support upto 100 kg but no matter how tight i twisted it, it kept slipping down when i would try to do pull ups
The bar was surprisingly sturdy and fit perfectly across the door frame to my bedroom.

Very simple to setup and it comes with screws for extra security if wanted. Also very comfortable to grib the soft material on the bar

How to install your pull-up bar
Without screws: Start by adjusting the length of your bar by turning the two bar ends.Then, tighten the central part of the bar to make the final adjustments.To ensure your bar doesn't come loose during use, slip the blue ring into one of the two notches.You can do pull-ups on either side of the bar without worrying.With screws: drill holes at the desired height, using a level to check that they're even, and insert the screws and tips

What exercises can you do with a pull-up bar?
For strength training and bodybuilding, a pull-up bar lets you work your upper body using suspension exercises: biceps, back, shoulders, pecs and even abs. Doing pull-ups in an underhand position (palms towards you) works your biceps. An overhand position (palms away from you) will give your back a stronger workout.And for your abs? Use the bar to do leg/knee raises.
Pull-ups for beginners
Lifting your own bodyweight is often one of the first challenges when doing bodyweight training. Beginners can start with resistance bands which allow users to adjust the bodyweight needed during their workout.Once you are able to do pull-ups, you can then wear a weighted vest to increase the difficulty!
