Choosing your ankle support size
Measure your ankle girth, to 5 cm above the ankle joints. Then match the measurement taken with the following size chart:Size 1: 20 - 22 cmSize 2: 22 - 23.5 cmSize 3: 23.5 - 25 cmSize 4: 25 - 26.5cm

Good quality product that supports the ankle well
Very pleased, the support is robust and feels high quality. I am a 190cm tall man and the sizing tool recommended a size 2 (of 4) for my 22cm ankle measurement. I was sceptical so I bought an extra size 3 for comparison. Both sizes fit me, but I went with the size 3 in the end because it located the foam pads better against my ankle bones. Side by side the larger size is definitely bigger, but the stretchiness of the fabric gives you a lot of flexibility. I wore this on a few miles of walking and there was considerably less pain in my ankles afterwards. I intend to wear this for football, and expect it to fit into my boots with shin pads and a pair of socks without a problem.
