Mountain Bike Quick Release - Front and Rear

Excellent item does the job at a reasonable price

After one of my original skewers snapped I went in search of something to replace and came across these, the cheapest out there to buy in shops and actually very nice quality. Much nicer finish than the very cheap looking Halfords ones at twice the price. If you need replacement skewers and are on a budget these are perfect. I have had no problems doing these as tight as needed. The finish is on par with higher priced items and better than a lot of the options available at the same price. When you think of the low quality items on eBay for the same price it’s a no brainer. If I were spending more it would only be for the sake of style, which lets be honest for a pair of QR skewers is something only the owner would appreciate. Nobody looks at a bike and says ‘’wow those skewers are nice’. Just enough styling on these that they don’t look cheap or outdated.

I bought this to replace my old one and the front one fits great. However, I cannot get the rear one to fit at all so it's useless. I guess my 28 year old mountain bike is too old for it.
