Wheel assembly advice
Respect the tightening torque on the disc, which is 6 Nm, and the tightening of the cassette, which is 40 Nm.Remember to apply light thread-locking fluid on the threads of the disc screws.Tubeless-compatible if the valve and rim strip are changed.

Regularly check there is no runout on your wheel, and the tension of your spokesAvoid using any high pressure cleaning methods on the wheel bearings

Bought this thinking it was the same Hayes Sun Ringle Duroc 30 as that described on their web site. It’s not. The key difference is the Sun Ringle has welded seams, therefore much stronger. This wheel has a pinned seam and as I’ve found out this starts to come apart on anything other than tracks or fire road. Buy this wheel if your riding is on good surfaces. As soon as you hit MTB trails it’s like cheese. Buckles and splits easily. By far the worst wheel I’ve ever had.
Bought front and rear wheel in August. By early November bearings in rear wheel have failed. Very, very disappointing. I've never had wheel bearings fail in such a short time. Fitted with tubeless tyres so will be a pain to return them. Bad purchase.
