This is my second stepper, happy with the performance but it took me a while to make the display work properly.
Resistance too much and not adjustable, waste of money for me

This stepper is really good, one down fall is the counter. The turn on button is absolutely rubbish pressed twice on first use and it's literally fallen apart. If you not worried about counting steps it's great, but if you want to use the counter I wouldn't rely on the built in one
I this stepper is brilliant it really works your legs hips and flutes. Definitely would recommend
I am only doing this to stop the barrage of emails. However excellent value product that gives you a great workout
Brought this item through click and collect to get home and find the display was missing out the box. The women did say when picking up that she had checked if it was all there due to box had been opened . Rang up next morning didn’t even get an apology and couldn’t replace it as out of stock . Extremely disappointed.
Unless there's a means of adjusting this device, I find it nowhere near comparable with just walking up the stairs in a tower block. Unfortunately, with security and covid restrictions, tower blocks aren't as accessible as they were a few years ago. I've already managed to mislay the manual: and I can't find it online. One for the MS140 (available at https://www.manualslib.com/download/1177437/Domyos-St-140.html) probably answers my question today. But if the ST120 manual IS available online, it would be nice to see a link here.
Just recieved the stepper.The machine is good but unfortunately the counter bottom wire is cut and the counter does not work . So now have to work with no counter
For people who do not exercise at all this a good buy. It's not taxing to start off with and you can then build-up on the stamina as you go. I usually exercise while watching the telly. I can see my legs shaping up now (better than what they were 4-5 months ago).
Provides a good enough workout for my needs, is extremely sturdy and small enough to store away. My only complaint is that the timer and step counter often just stop whilst I'm still stepping.

A 4 or 5 years back I had a stepper (without handle) from Kmart, which I could be able to adjust the tightness of stepper with a small wheel behind the stepper. It was around $30 at that time. I believed this will be better stepper with at least the basic adjustment.

How to use your mini stepper
With the MS120 stepper, you use all of your muscular and cardiovascular systems at the same time. The more workouts you do, the better your breathing and coordination will be. Kick off your workout with a 3- to 5-minute warm-up. Next, spend around 20 to 30 minutes working your muscles. After this, cool down gradually and then do a few stretches to increase your muscle flexibility and avoid injury.
Go even further by adding difficulty...
If you want to give your core and abs an even more thorough workout, you can twist your hips with each step. This requires extra effort but will give you a more all-round workout.
Use the counter and the 4 trackers!
You can track the progress of your session and your performances by looking at how many reps you've done, how long it is since you started, the pace you're going at, and how many calories you've burned since the start of your workout. You can then analyse these indicators to see how much you improve from one session to the next!
