excellent quality, I am very satisfied with the rope
I competed in rhythmic gymnastics for many years a while back. I miss the sport and wanted to find a cheap rope that I could play with outdoors and wouldn't be afraid to ruin. Overall, this rope is a great bang for your buck and is a good substitute for the real thing. A couple differences between my competition ropes and this one: 1. The Decathlon rope has a looser weave than competitive ropes so it's floppier and slightly more challenging to manipulate. 2. I'm seeing some mild fraying along the length of the rope after using it twice on grass. At this price point though, I can't complain much. It's a pretty great rope to play around with.

Ein ganz normales Seil, wie man es aus Turnhallen und dem Spirtunterricht kennt. Die Farbe verblasst etwas und es ist durch die eh schon blasse Farbe recht schmutzanfällig. Ansonsten aber top
Mit diesem Seile kann man nicht springen, es zu kurz und nicht passend.

How to adjust the length of the rope to your height
It is important for gymnasts to choose a rope that is appropriate for their height.To choose the right length: Stand with your feet together and flat on the ground. Slip the rope under both feet.The ends of the rope should come up to armpit level.We recommend cutting the rope to the right length and quickly burning the edges to stop them fraying.You can also tie a knot at the ends for better grip.
How to maintain your rope
Our design team's tip: if needed, wash the rope by hand but do not machine wash.When you cut the rope to make it the right length to suit you, remember to burn the ends so that they won't fray
How to choose a rhythmic gymnastics outfit
Our design team's tip: the perfect training kit for gymnasts is a leotard or top, and shorts or leggings so that they can move freely and with confidence. Leotards are optional for training but compulsory for competitions.
