This hurdle can easily be adjusted to 3 different heights, which is perfect for plyometric exercises which consist in working muscles using body weight.

Through our observations on the pitch and discussions with coaches, we were able to identify various needs when laying out exercises: Mark out, target, avoid, etc.: some products are designed for one particular use (see our ESSENTIAL range). Great product

I am a Goalkeeper coach at a men's semi pro football club.i bought these to have has part of my training bag. These are the right height and great quality at a good price. There are some strange negative reviews on this item. I assure you these are a must have for coaching bags.
