Choreographed step
This kind of training involves performing choreographed movements on a step to music. Various goals: keeping in shape, loosing weight, slimming your figure, toning your body, working on concentration and body coordination.
Muscle strengthening
2 in 1! This step lets you do all of the step aerobics exercises as part of choreographed step workouts, as well as strength-based training.
Which body parts does it work?
Step aerobics provides a full-body workout: the lower body (glutes, hamstrings, quadriceps), the mid body (abdominals) and even the upper body (shoulders, arms). It harmonises muscle mass and improves your physical shape and cardiovascular health.

Bon produit polyvalent en hauteur / Bonn adhérence - pratique
Diese Steppbank ist zwar auf den ersten Blick recht teuer, jedoch lohnt es sich, das Geld auszugeben. Denn, die Oberfläche ist schön gummiert und nicht einfach nur Plastik. Die umklappbaren Füße sind sehr praktisch und super stabil. Viel besser, als die üblichen Klicksysteme. Absout stanfest auf dem Boden, das ist ja sehr wichtig. Zu alledem sieht er auch noch fantastisch aus. Rundum zufrieden!
Est arrivé cassé les ergos qui tiennent la deuxième marche étaient cassés dans l'emballage Identique des deux côtés Fonctionnel mais bon dommage vu le prix
