Why a nutrition pouch?
This nutrition pouch will hold most of the nutrition you need for the bike leg during a triathlon. With its easy-open top and orange inner lining, you will have no problem seeing and grasping your bars and gels.
How to position it on your bike?
With 2 rip-tabs, this pouch can be mounted on most bike frames, on the top tube near the stem to ensure easy access. It is designed to fit perfectly onto your bike. The lower part of the pouch is made from a non-slip material to ensure stability on the bike.The moisture evacuation vents are made of fabric so it doesn't affect your frame.
What is the capacity of this nutrition pouch?
The nutrition pouch can hold up to 6 bars or gels in the main pocket.The side zip pocket can hold small products such as salt sticks for example.

It's a bit small and awkward if I'm honest, I'm trying to use it with high5 gels and bars and find myself fumbling or fighting to get the right gel pulled out without taking two by accident.The side pocket doesn't even hold a used wrapper which would be ideal for me instead of a drippy back pocket in my jersey.
Like other reviewers, it is small and you won't get much in. A gel or two only. I only wanted to store one gel for a sprint race and not tape it to my frame. No good for long distance races though.
Small -maybe too small unless you know just what you want to carry and then it's a very neat option. Permanently open top slot is a good solution for fuss free access in summer and mostly the bag is sheltered in by your body. This isn't my only top-tube bag, but it has a place.
