Disapointment

I bought my e-bike about 3 weeks ago and the fourth time I removed the battery, the spring broke. Yesterday I went to your store in Thun to fix the issue and they did not have the part in stock. I returned home (1 hour away). Today I went back to the store to pick up the bike and what is my surprise when I am charged for the replacement part. I find it indecent to be charged since the bike is under warranty. What I was told was that the part broke due to misuse. Maybe alternatively you should come up with more durable products. I am very disappointed after spending almost 2000 francs in the last 30 days.
