Suoerbly versatile
I bought just to do press-ups with as I can’t put my hand flat on floor. They are great. I have put my feet in the wheels and done that exercise. It works really well. A nice cheap way to add to your indoor training.

Excellent
Good product: be ready to use it hard. Makes your muscle work. Wish there could be more instructions though.
Very happy with these. Used with Rollers and the handles alone. Nice and comfy grips. Feels stable. Lots of videos can be found online for ideas on how to use them.
I prefer using this piece of equipment than the single wheel, recommend it.
They seem well made, great for chest workout at home
Pumped out 1000 push ups on these handles in 1 hour and 45 minutes. Very comfortable on the hands and very easy to rotate into different positions.

these things are amazing, detachable and variable to angle requirement. They will ideally assist all core strength building and aid in muscle isolation training - seriously try them!

Thank you for your review. I am sorry you are not satisfied with our product, it sounds like you did not remove the wheels before doing push ups. You do not have to keep them on for your push ups, you can try using just the push up bar part to do it. That way it merely straighten your wrists to give you a more comfortable wrist position to exercise. For more effective and practical use, avoid using on tiles with wide joints or on carpet: the wheels don't work very well with them.Each Push-Up Wheel Grip is 19 cm long x 15.5 cm wide x 10.5 cm high. And yes, they are sold in pairs.If you want to increase the difficulty, you can do press-ups while wearing a weighted vest or using resistance bands!
