You can configure your own training sessions directly via the watch.And personalise your progress to suit your goals! 5 configuration phases available (warm-up, action, rest, number of repetitions and sets, time between sets and recovery time). For example: - 20\' warm-up - 8 repetitions 30sec action/30sec recovery - 2 sets - 2\' rest between sets - 10\' recovery at end of workout

Keep your watch on as you swim along the surface or have a shower after your exertions, it\'s waterproofed to 5 ATM and has buttons that work underwater.
Record your sessions
The 5 last sessions carried out with the stopwatch will be saved in the history mode. There, you can consult all the lap times you have measured.
