Struggle with elastic stretching round my rucksack

This is a basic, practical, & I'd say essential accessory for general cyclists. Well-made. The 2 slight downsides are: 1.It's a little big if the backpack isn't completely full, although the velcro strap at the back helps with this. 2. The sewn-on holder for the vioo clip light: it's a great addition but it's difficult to fit the clip through the slits. The slits could be a little bigger, making it a smoother operation, seeing as the light has to be removed to be recharged.
